摘要 目的测定康舒宁胶囊中五味子酯甲的含量。方法采用TLC法对康舒宁胶囊中的南五味子进行定性鉴别;运用HPLC法测定康舒宁胶囊中五味子酯甲的含量。结果在4.936~24.880μg·mL-1范围内五味子酯甲峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;样品加样回收率为98.80%,RSD为1.82%。结论方法简便快速、结果准确,可有效控制康舒宁胶囊的质量。 OBJECTIVE To develop effective methods for content determination of Kangshuning capsules. METHODS TLC was performed to identify Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Kadsura japonica in Kangshuning capsules. The Schisandrin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The standard curve of Schisandrin by HPLC was linear in the range of 4. 936 μg· mL^-1 -24. 880μg·mL^-1, r= 0. 9997, the average recovery was 99.80 %, and RSD was 1.72 % . CONCLUSION The methods was simple, sensitive and accurate. These studies provided the scientific base for quality control of Kangshuning capsules.
