气相色谱法同时测定风痛灵中5种组分的含量

Determination of five compositions in Fengtongling by gas chromatography

目的研究提高风痛灵质量标准含量测定方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,以内标法同时测定风痛灵中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚等5种组分的含量。结果各组分的线性关系良好(r值均大于0.999);5种组分的平均回收率为99.2%～99.8%,RSD为0.65%～1.4%,最低检测限为0.01μg～0.06μg。结论该方法快速简便、准确可信,适用于生产质量控制及标准提高。

OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of camphor, menthol, borneolum, methyl salicylate and thymol in Fengtongling. METHODS A simple capillary column and internal standard method used for the determination of camphor, menthol, borneolum, methyl salicylate and thymol in Feng- tongling. RESULTS The linearities were good, the average recoveries were 99.2 % -- 99.8 %, and RSD were 0.65 96 -- 1.4 %, the detection limits were 0.01μg-- 0.06μg. CONCLUSION This method is fast, accurate and suitable to the product quality-control and standard improve.
