摘要
目的探讨氨溴索对婴幼儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果。方法随机抽取我院儿科收治的253例支气管肺炎婴幼儿,按未采用氨溴索佐治、氨溴索静脉滴注、氨溴索雾化吸入治疗3种情况分组对比分析,探讨其疗效。结果未采用氨溴索组(甲组)总有效率为64.0%,氨溴索静脉滴注组(乙组)总有效率为80.2%,氨溴索雾化吸入治疗组(丙组)总有效率为93.5%;未采用氨溴索组与氨溴索静脉滴注组比较、未采用氨溴索组与氨溴索雾化吸入治疗组比较、氨溴索静脉滴注组与氨溴索雾化吸入治疗组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎可明显提高临床疗效,尤其以雾化吸入给药效果更为明显,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ambroxol on bronchopneumonitis among infants. METHODS To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Ambroxol 253 infants with bronchopneumonitis, who were from the pediatric department of our hospital, were randomly assigned to three treatment groups with Am- broxol, with Ambroxol by the intravenous guttae, and with Ambroxol by the inhalation. The results were analyzed by using chi-square test. RESULTS The differences of therapeutic effect have statistical significance among three treatment groups（P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The therapeutic effect on hronchopneumonitis could be enhanced by treating with Ambroxol, especially by Ambroxol inhalation, which deserves to be generalized.
