在媒介融合的背景下,美国媒介综合集团的经营管理模式对我国的传媒管理有着很好的借鉴作用。只有建构起适合中国国情的集团组织结构和经营管理模式,才能更好应对传播科技的发展。
The operating and management model of American integrated media group has a very good reference on the management of China's media. In order to better respond to the spread of communication technology, we must construct the organizational structure and operating and management model of the media group to be suitable for China' s conditions.
