摘要
在新技术的支持下,草根新闻最近几年蓬勃发展尤为惹眼。它相对于传统媒体的新闻采集与发布,新闻传播主体由专业媒体转向一般个人。草根新闻发布的"零门槛"特性带给社会的不仅是狂欢,更多的则是隐忧。草根新闻亟待把关人理论的探讨。
Under the support of new techniques, civic news have flourish over the past few years . With respect to traditional news, the subject of news communication is a person. The feature of zero thresholds of publishing civic news brings revel and more insidious threats. Civic news need to be discussed under the theory of gate-keeper.
