The thinkers were concerned about their country and people, conforming to the times, and appealed for setting up the comprehensive daily and special business newspaper. They taked the business news communication, translating and carrying the foreign business news, and setting up the foreign language＇ s daily seriously. They stressed the business news＇ importance for developing the national industry and commerce and making country rich and building up military power.
