两种合金烤瓷牙龈沟液IL-8含量的动态变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究钴铬、金合金烤瓷牙修复后不同时期龈沟液IL-8含量水平,了解这两种合金在不同时期对牙龈的刺激程度。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ABC-ELISA)测定各60例钴铬、86.2%金合金烤瓷牙制备前、修复后1周、修复后3个月和修复后6个月烤瓷牙龈沟液IL-8总量和含量及龈沟液量。结果两组合金不同时期IL-8总量、龈沟液量之间在修复后1周存在显著差异(P<0.01),修复后3个月和6个月时,回复修复前水平;不同时期IL-8含量之间无差异。两组之间IL-8总量、龈沟液量、IL-8含量在不同时期无差异。结论IL-8参与炎症的免疫调节,可作为评价合金对龈组织刺激程度的指标。两种合金对牙龈不存在长期刺激,可作为烤瓷牙修复的内冠材料。 Objective To study the IL-8 levels in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of porcelain teeth with Co-Cr or gold alloy at different times, and to recover the stimulation degree of these two kinds of alloy on gingivae at different times. Methods The concentrations of IL-8 cytokine and amounts of gingival crevicular fluids in 60 cases with Co-Cr or 86.2% gold alloy were detected by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays ( ABC-ELISA ) at different times, Results The total amounts of IL-8 and GCF volume had significant differences between two groups after 1 week (P 〈 0.01 ) which were recovered after 3 and 6 month of dental restoration. The IL-8 concentration showed no difference between two groups at different times. In addition, the IL-8 content showed no difference at different times between the two groups as well. Conclusion The level of IL-8 in GCF is valuable for judging the stimulation degree in gingivae. Two kinds of alloy do not have the long-term stimulation to gingival and they are right material for repairing the dental crown.
