摘要
目的前瞻对比性研究AkreosTM系列人工晶状体植入术后视力、术眼波前像差的表现。方法选择年龄相关性白内障患者36例(40只眼),随机将患者分为2组:A组20例(20只眼)植入非球面(消像差)AkreosTMAO人工晶状体、B组16例(20只眼)植入传统正球面AkreosTM人工晶状体,分别于术前、术后一周和一月检查,采用ZEIZZ波前像差仪测量波前像差,并进行统计分析。结果2组患者术后矫正视力均大于0.9;非球面(消像差)AkreosTMAO人工晶状体组术后四阶像差(S4)低于植入传统正球面AkreosTM人工晶状组,两组术后的波前像差值中的四阶像差S4和Zern ike多项式中的Z(2,0)、Z(4,0)、Z(5,1)和Z(6,0)有统计上的差异,其它指标无统计学差异。结论白内障超声乳化术植入消像差AkreosTMAO人工晶状体在夜视条件下即瞳孔直径大时,较植入传统正球面人工晶状体AkreosTM的波前像差稍低,成像质量更好。
Objective To compare visual acuity and wavefront aberration after phacoemulsification with Akreos^TM intraocular lens implantation prospectively. Methods Total 36 cases (40 eyes) with age related cataract were randomly divided into group A and B according to the types of implant intraocular lens (IOLs). Group A with 20 cases (20 eyes) was implanted with no aberration Akreos^TMAO IOLs, and group B with 16 cases (20 eyes ) were given traditional Akreos^TM IOLs. Wavefront aberration was measured by ZEIZZ aberrometer before surgery, one week and one month after surgery and results were approached by statistical analysis. Results The postoperative best-corrected visual acuity of two groups was both better than 0.9. The wavefront aberration of 4 step aberration (S4) and Zernike polynomial such as Z(2,0), Z(4,0), Z(5,1 ) and Z (6,0) had significant differences between in group A and B. Other wavefront aberration Z had no significant difference. Conclusion Phacoemulsification with no aberration Akreos^TM AO IOLs implantation has little lower wavefront aberration and better visual quality than traditional spherical Akreos^TM IOLs when the pupil is enlarged at night sight.
