新生儿游泳的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of neonatal swimming

目的:探讨新生儿游泳对新生儿睡眠质量、胎便初排及转黄时间的影响。方法:将501例无母婴并发症的正常新生儿随机分为观察组248例和对照组253例,在常规护理的基础上,观察组进行正规的游泳和水中抚触,观察两组新生儿睡眠质量、胎便初排及转黄时间。结果:观察组新生儿睡眠质量提高、胎便初排及变黄时间缩短,各项指标均有显著性差异。结论:新生儿游泳,可提高睡眠质量,促进新生儿生长发育。

Objective： To study the influence of the newborn swimming on sleep quality, the time of first excretion and the time of meconium turn to yellow . Methods： 501 newborn were randomly divided into two groups, 253 newborn of control group were given routine nursing, another 248 newborn in observation group received nomal swimming training on the basis of routine nursing, made a comparison between the two groups of quality of sleep,the time of first excretion and that of meconium turn to yellow. Results： The swimming group had better sleep quality, shorter time of first excretion and that of meconium turning yellew compared with control group all indicators had significant difference . Conclusions： Neonatal swimming can improve quality of sleep,promote growth and evelopment of newborn.
