摘要
目的:探讨明志胶囊对老年痴呆(AD)大鼠行为学及脑皮质Bcl-2和Bax基因表达的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖老年痴呆大鼠模型,分明志胶囊大、小剂量治疗组、脑复康对照组、老年大鼠模型组和老年大鼠空白对照组,检测大鼠行为学及脑皮质Bcl-2和Bax基因表达指标的改变。结果:模型组与空白组相比,学习记忆能力显著下降,Bcl-2/Bax比值下降;治疗组与模型组相比,学习记忆能力显著改善,Bcl-2/Bax比值增加。结论:明志胶囊具有较好的治疗AD作用,其机制可能与促进AD大鼠脑皮质海马区Bcl-2的表达、降低Bax的基因表达有关。
Obdective: To explore the effect of MingZhi capsule on AD rat in ethology and on expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in brain tissue. Methods: The D-galactose AD rat model was used, and the rats were divided into high and low MingZhi capsule treating group, Piracetam control group, aging rat model group and aging rat blank group. Changes of ethology, expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in brain tissue were tested. Results: AD model might decrease cognitive ability, the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax in the hippocampus comes down. MingZhi capsule significantly alleviated cognitive ability, the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax rises. Conclusion: The results show that the curative effect of MingZhi capsule is good to AD, the expression of bcl-2 protein is increased, while the expression of bax protein is reduced, which may be one of the mechanisms of MingZhi capsule to prevent and treat AD disease.
