京九铁路浰江大桥桥上无缝线路设计方案研究

摘要 提出了京九铁路浰江大桥桥上无缝线路设计方案,并基于MATLAB语言编制了桥上无缝线路纵向力计算软件。计算结果表明:浰江大桥桥上可不设钢轨伸缩调节器;锁定轨温取34±5℃时,桥上无缝线路强度、稳定性、断缝满足设计要求;桥墩纵向弯曲稳定性、墩身截面强度、合力偏心、墩顶纵向水平位移满足设计要求;桥墩基底应力、基底合力偏心、基础倾覆稳定性、基础滑动稳定性满足设计要求;桥台基底应力及偏心满足设计要求。 This paper puts forward the design scheme of continuously welded rails on the deck of Lijiang Bridge of the Beijing-Jiulong Railway. Based on the MATLAB Programming, the author writes the computing software of continuously welded rails on bridge. The results indicate that: expansion regulation is not needed on Lijiang Bridge. When locked rail temperature is 34 ±5℃, the strength, the stability and the breaking joint of CWR can satisfy the design requirements; The bridge pier longitudinal bending stability, the pillar body section intensity, the force bias and the pillar top longitudinal horizontal displacement satisfy the design requirements; The bridge pier base stress, the base force bias, the foundation tilt stability and the foundation glide stability satisfy the design requirements; The abutment base stress and the bias meet the design requirements.
