摘要
分析了提升我国民营陶瓷企业自主创新能力的必要性,在对民营陶瓷企业提升自主创新能力方面的现状进行分析的基础上,指出了其在自主创新能力方面中存在的主要问题,进而从政府正确引导、整个行业规范约束和企业自身苦练内功等方面视角提出了提升民营陶瓷企业自主创新能力的对策。
The article analyzes the necessity of enhancing independent innovation capability of chinese private ceramic enterprises. First, analyzing the current situation of private ceramic enterprises, independent innovation capability, and then pointing out the main problems. Second, put forward the argument for the countermeasures of enhancing independent innovation capability of chinese private ceramic enterprises, through analyzes the government proper guidance, the norm constraint of industry, and the enterprise＇ s own capability.
