煤矸石合成ZSM-5分子筛及其吸附性能研究 被引量:6

A STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF ZSM-5 ZEOLITE USING GANGUE AND ADSORPTION PERFORMANCE

摘要 以预处理过的煤矸石为硅源、铝源,四丙基溴化铵为模板剂,采用常规水热合成法制得ZSM-5分子筛,并采用XRD、SEM、DTA/TGA等对所合成的分子筛进行了分析表征。用合成的ZSM-5分子筛吸附降解亚甲基蓝,发现亚甲基蓝的初始浓度为1.0mg/L、ZSM-5分子筛的投加量为0.02g、吸附时间为3小时、pH值为中性左右时降解效果较好,脱色率和降解率分别达到98.23%、95.16%。 ZSM-5 zeolite is hydrothermal synthesized with the method of sol-gel, gangue is used as the silicon source and aluminum source, TPABr is used as the template. The synthetic ZSM-5 zeolite was measured by XRD, SEM and DTA /TGA. Methylene blue is adsorpted and degraded with synthesized ZSM-5 zeolites. It was discovered that the best quality of accelerant was 0.5g/L, the initial concentration of methylene blue is 1.0my/L, the absorption time is 3 hours and the value of pH is about 7, the rate of striping colour and degeneration can reach to 98.23% and 95.16%, respectively.
