摘要
针对陶瓷窑炉温度对陶瓷质量的关键作用与现有控制策略达不到生产要求的矛盾,采用模糊自适应PID的控制方法,有效解决了陶瓷窑炉大时滞、难建模等问题,并通过计算机仿真,得到了满足条件的控制参数,对陶瓷窑炉温度控制系统具有很好的参考应用价值。
In view of ceramics kiln temperature to ceramic quality' s crucial role, with the contradiction of the existing control policy can' t meet the production requirements, this paper used the control method of fuzzy adaptive PID, effective solved ceramics kiln's problem in time-lapse, difficult modeling and so on. Through computer simulation, obtained controlled parameters which satisfied the condition, it has the very good reference application value to the ceramics kiln temperature control system.
