介绍盘车运行软启动的目的及应用效果,简述了软启动电气工作原理,根据试车事故现象及检查情况分析了事故产生的原因,提出了具体处理措施及防范方法。
The purpose and effect of soft start-up are introduced, the electric working principle of soft start is described. The causes of the accident are analysed according to the phenomenon and examination situation. The specific measures and preventive methods are put forward.
