振速法在轴承噪声测量中的应用

Application of vibration speed method in bearing noise measurement

分析了轴承振动和噪声关系,提出了轴承振速法测量轴承噪声的原理,以此为依据制作了噪声仪并进行了验证。试验结果表明:新型轴承噪声测试仪对轴承噪声测试行之有效,不受背景噪声影响,可以在现场环境下应用。

The relation between bearing vibration and noise was analyzed, the principle of measuring bearing noise with bearing vibration speed method was put forward, the noise tester was made on the basis of the principle and verification was made. The test results indicate that the new bearing noise tester is effective, it was not affected by background noise and may be used in worksite.
