摘要
铁磁纳米线阵由于在高密度磁信息存贮和传感器领域有巨大的应用前景而备受关注。最近的研究发现,铁磁纳米线具有优异的微波特性,可望在微波器件中得到应用。本文综述了铁磁纳米线阵微波电磁特性的最近研究进展,并对其在微波器件中的应用作了介绍。
Due to their potential applications in high-density information storage and magnetic sensors, ferromagnetic nanowire arrays have attracted much attention. Recent research revealed that the ferromagnetic nanowire posses excellent microwave properties, and is expected to he used in the microwave devices. This paper summarizes the recent research progress on the microwave electromagnetic properties of ferromagnetic nanowire arrays and their potential applications in microwave devices.
