摘要
对空气在锯齿型翅片内部流动和传热建立了三维数值计算模型,获得了五种不同流动角度下流体的温度场图、压力场图,摩擦因子,传热因子等重要数据,并通过这些图形、数据对流体流动特性和传热性能进行了比较,计算结果与文献所提供的实验数据进行对比,在整个计算范围内,传热因子j和摩擦因子f的平均偏差分别为6%和11%,所以运用CFD技术对研究不同流动角度下锯齿型翅片传热强化具有重要的指导意义。
A 3D numerical simulation for the air flow and heat transfer among serrated fins was derived. In this process, the figures of temperature field, pressure field, heat transfer factors and friction factors were established and analyzed, and the numerical results were compared with the experimental data from literatures. Numerical results showed the average errors ofj and f were 6% and 11 %. So, it had very important guiding significance for serrated fins research to different fluid flow directions with CFD technique.
