摘要
针对发动机关键螺栓,采用屈服区域转角扭矩拧紧法,考虑拧紧工艺参数的选择确定、轴向预紧力的超声波测量以及拧紧过程质量控制的整个过程,建立一套可靠的拧紧系统。
A yield torque-angle tightening method is applied to key engine bolts. To control tightening quality, a reliable tightening system is developed by considering torqueangle control (yielded area) parameters, ultrasonic measurement of clamping load and tightening process control.
