读数式深度塞规的应用提高了工序间检测的柔性

摘要 在以批量生产为特征的现代机械制造业中,用于工件内孔、螺纹等相关参数测量的传统机械量具——专用塞规,迄今仍稳固地在企业的工序间检测中占有一席之地。尽管这种现象还会持续很长时间,但对这种传统机械量具的功能拓展、推陈出新已然进行,近年来出现的读数式深度塞规已成功地用在国内外不同的机械行业,尤其是提高了在批量生产情况下工序间检测的柔性。对其工作原理及在实际中的应用效果做了简单的说明。 In the modem manufacture featured with scale production, dedicate gauges, traditional mechanic measuring tools, for hole, thread, etc are still playing their roles in inter process inspection- Despite traditional mechanic measuring tools will continue to be seen for a long time, enlargement of their function has been under way. Digital depth gauge has been successfully applied to various machinery industries. In particular, it improves the flexibility of inter process inspection of scale production. Working principle and application effect of the digital depth gauge is explained.
