摘要 目的探讨老年男性骨质疏松症(OP)与血清雌二醇及睾酮的关系。方法采用双能X线法检测189例老年男性骨密度,分别检测雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、降钙素(CT)、25羟维生素D(25-OH—VitD)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的指标。结果OP组的血清E2、CT及25-OH—VitD水平均低于骨量正常组(P〈0.05),PTH高于骨量正常组(P〈0.05),两组的血清T水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),OP组70~90岁及≥80岁两组的血清E2水平均低于60~69岁组(P〈0.05),三组的血清T水平呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),OP组血清E2水平与骨密度呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论血清E2水平与老年男性OP密切相关,应重视E2对老年男性OP的预警作用。 Objective To see whether there is any correlation between osteoporosis (OP) and serum estradiol and testosterone levels in aged men. Methods Bone mineral density values in 189 aged men were measured by dual-energy X- Ray absorptiometry. Serum estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), calcitionin (CT), 25-hydroxy-vitaminD (25-OH-VitD), parathyroxin (PTH), calcium (Ca), phosphonium (P) and alkalinephosphatase (ALP) were alsomeasured. Results Serum E2, CT and 25-OH-VitD levels in OP group were lower, and PTH was higher than that in the group with normal bone mass (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in T between the two groups (P〉0.05). E2 levels in 70-79 year and ≥ 80- year subgroups were lower than that in 60- 69-year subgroup of OP group (P 〈 0.05), and T level was decreased in all the three subgroups, though there was no significant difference between them (P〉0.05). There was a positive linear correlation between serum E2 level and bone mineral density in OP group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum E2 level is closely correlated with OP in aged men, and E2 is an important marker for predicting the incidence of OP in aged men.
