Value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of infective endocarditis

摘要 感染性心内膜炎（IE）的死亡率很高,但早期诊断、积极治疗能显著降低其并发症及死亡率。超声发现心内附着赘生物是诊断主要指标之一。本文回顾性总结我院近年来收治的IE患者超声资料与手术对比分析，探讨超声在IE诊断及并发症诊断中的价值。
