胰腺恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例 被引量：2

Primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the pancreas:report of one case

摘要 病例女,53岁。主因上腹部饱胀不适两月余以胰腺占位性病变入院。入院查体：T：36.5℃,R：19次/分,P：76次/分,BP120/80mmHg。消廋,皮肤巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结未触及，腹软且平坦，尢局部隆起，肝脾肋缘下未触及，在上腹部剑突下可触及大小约5cm×4cm肿块，形状不规则、质较韧，有压痛，不能移动，无波动，无反跳痛，肝肾叩击痛阴性．Murphy征阴性，移动性浊音阴性，
