The author gave an overview of related researches done at home and abroad, and analyzed the advantages, ways and limitations for educational blogs to boost the career development of physical education teachers, starting with the concepts of educational blog and teacher＇s career development. Physical education teachers are all willing to accept educational blogs because of the humanized characteristics of their technology, and emotionally educational blogs satisfy the need of physical education teachers for self catharsis and recognition.Educational blogs have provided more and effective opportunities for the career development of teachers, as well as help for the career development of physical education teachers.
