银屑病与血型的相关性探讨

Discussion the relativity between psoriasis and blood type

目的:观察银屑病患者的血型分布情况。方法:用常规方法测定120例寻常型银屑病患者的ABO血型,并以725例健康者作对照。结果:120例银屑病患者的血型分布:O型血69例(57.5%),A型血24例(20%),B型血21例(17.5%),AB型血6例(5%);健康对照组血型分布:O型血294例(40.6%),A型血200例(27.6%),B型血181例(25.0%),AB型血50例(6.9%);银屑病患者组O型血明显多于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银屑病与O型血有密切关系,O型血的人可能易患银屑病。

Objective：To observation the blood type distribution in patients with psoriasis. nethods：ABO blood type in120 cases with psoriasis vulgaris have been detected by conventional assay, 725 normal person as control group. Results：In 120 cases of patients with psoriasis, 69 cases are type O blood which account for 57.5%, 24 cases are type A blood which account for 20%, 21cases are type B blood which account for 17.5%, 6 cases are type AB blood which account for 5% ;In 725 healthy persons, 294 are type O blood which account for 40.6%, 200 are type A blood which account for 27.6% , 181 are typeB blood which account for 25% , 50 cases are type AB blood which account for 6.9% ;type O blood in patients with psoriasis group was more than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）, there is a statistics significant. Conclusion：Psoriasis is closely related with type O blood, those persons with type O blood are prone to psoriasis.
