摘要
目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣(CA)的影响及护理。方法:30例尿道CA患者应用光动力治疗并积极进行局部护理。结果:30例尿道尖锐湿疣(CA)患者疣体完全脱落,随访半年,3例复发,复发率10%。结论:光动力疗法是一种安全、高效的治疗方法,良好的护理措施能保证和提高其疗效。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy （PDT） with topical 5 - aminolevulinic acid （ALA） on condyloma acuminatum. Methods ： Thirty patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated by ALA - PDT. Results：The all warts in 30 cases of CA were completely fallout, and the 30 cases have been followed up for half year, 3 cases out of them were recurrence, the recurrent rate was 10%. Conclusion： Photodynamic therapy is a safety efficient treatment method, favorable nursing care may improve the effect of photodynamic therapy.
