随着高校信息化、数字化、网络化的不断发展,结合高校人员数量不断增加、分工不断细化、彼此间联系不断紧密的现状,提出了基于MFC的人事档案管理信息系统的设计方案和实现方法。

According to the currently development of information technology, digitalization and network and the situation of detailed division of labor and close links between colleges and universities, the paper described the design and implementation of personal file management information system based on MFC framework.
