摘要
通过均匀抛填骨料,制备了一种骨料含量高、胶凝材料用量少的自密实混凝土.研究了骨料取代率对自密实混凝土抗压强度、干缩率和氯离子渗透系数的影响,结果表明:随着骨料取代率的增加,自密实混凝土的抗压强度逐渐增加,当骨料取代率为20%(体积分数)时,自密实混凝土的抗压强度达到最大,随后迅速降低;自密实混凝土的干缩率和氯离子渗透系数随骨料取代率的增加而降低.
A new type of self-compacting concrete(SCC) with high coarse aggregate content and low cementitious materials content was prepared with a new method called scattering-filling coarse aggregate process. Effect of replacing ratio of coarse aggregate on compressive strength, dry shrinkage ratio and Cl^- permeability coefficient of SCC was studied. The results show that compressive strength of SCC increases with replacing ratio of coarse aggregate, and reaches their peak value when the ratio is 20% (by volume), then drops sharply. Dry shrinkage ratio and Cl^- permeability coefficient of SCC decrease with the increase of replacing ratio of coarse aggregate.
