妊娠期高血压疾病与转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性关系的探讨

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(以下简称妊高征)与转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性的关系。方法运用多聚酶链反应技术检测32例妊高征患者,68例正常妊娠妇女转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性。结果妊高征患者TGFβ1-509C/T基因CC、CT、TT基因型频率及C、T等位基因频率分别为6.25%、43.75%、50.00%,对照组CC、CT、TT基因型频率及C、T等位基因频率分别为14.71%、45.59%、39.7%,两组基因型及等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义。结论从目前检测例数来讲,TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性与妊娠高血压综合征的发病无关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of TGFβ1-509C/T polymorphism and Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. Methods The polymorphism of TGFβ1-509C/T gene was screened by PCR-RELP. Results The gene frequency of TCFβ1-509C/T in Pregnancy Induced Hypertension group was as followed; TCFβ1-509 C/T, C/C and T/T genotype frequency: 6.25%, 43.75% and 50.00%, TGFβ1-509C, TGFβ1-509T Gene frequency: 0.2813 and 0.7187. The gene frequency of TCFβ1-509C/T in control group was as followed; TCFβ1-509 C/T, C/C and T/T genotype frequency: 14.71%, 45.59% and 39.7%,TGFβ1-509C, TGFβ1-509T gene frequency: 0.3750 and 0.6250. There were no significant differences in the frequencies of TGFβ1-509C/T gene between the patients and control group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion No evident association was found between TGFβ1-509C/T polymorphism and pregnancy induced hypertension.
