玉米须蚕茧多糖提取工艺条件优化研究

Optimum Preparation Procedure for Extracting Polysaccharide from Stigma maydis and Silk Cocoon

目的研究提取玉米须蚕茧多糖的最佳工艺条件．方法选用提取时间、提取次数、提取温度和加水倍数作为考查因素，以提取液中多糖含量为考查指标，通过正交试验，筛选玉米须蚕茧多糖的提取工艺条件．结果玉米须蚕茧多糖提取最佳条件为煎煮2次，每次2h，加水15倍，温度100℃．结论可以通过正交试验优化提取玉米须蚕茧多糖的最佳工艺条件．

Objective The optimum preparation procedure for extracting polysaccharide contained in Stigma rnaydis and silk cocoon was studied. Methods Selecting factors such as decoction degree, decoction time, water multiple and temperature, and taking polysaccharide content in extracted liquid as investigation index by using orthogonal design,the optimum preparation procedure for extracting polysaccharide contained in Stigma maydis and silk cocoon is chosen. Results The optimum condition for extracting polysaccharide from Stigma maydis and silk cocoon is decoction for 2 times,2h every time, 15 double water and 100℃. Conclusion The optimum preparation procedure is extracted form polysaccharide contained in Stigma maydis and silk cocoon by using orthogonal examination.
