摘要
目的探讨创伤性膈疝的诊断治疗方法及经验教训，方法对1992年至2008年间吉林中西医结合医院收治的21例创伤性膈疝患者进行回顾性分析，结果21例中18例治愈；1例死于复合伤过重；4例延迟诊治，其中2例死——结论医生应提高对膈疝的认识，一经确诊应及时手术．
Objective To explore the diagnosis method and experience of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods 21 cases with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia from 1992 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Eighteen among the twenty-one patients were cured. 1 case died of injuries. 4 cases delayed treatment including 2 cases died. Conclusion The doctors should enhance the understanding of diaphragmatic hernia, once it is confirmedly diagnosed it should be operated.
