摘要
通过大田试验,研究4个不同耐性玉米自交系在低钾和正常供钾处理下的钾素吸收和积累差异,结果表明:在低钾条件下,玉米对钾素的吸收缓慢,但耐低钾玉米自交系钾素吸收和积累量明显高于不耐低钾玉米自交系。玉米对钾素的吸收和积累高峰在抽雄开花期,此时钾积累量为全生育期总积累量的2/3,但因品种类型和处理方式等不同而有所差异。不同耐性玉米自交系体内钾吸收和积累能力的差异显著,耐低钾玉米自交系的干物重增加相对稳定,在低钾胁迫下能协调生长。
Potassium assimilation and accumulation of four maize inbred lines with different potassium sensitivities were studied through field experiment. The results showed that under low potassium condition the uptake of potassium was at a low speed, however, its assimilation and accumulation of the potassium-efficient maize inbred lines were higher than those of the potassium-inefficient ones. The maximum absorbing and accumulating rates of potassium occurred at flowering stage and up to 2/3 of the total potassium accumulation amount, but variances in different cuhivars and treatments were observed. Significant differences of relative potassium accumulation ability existed among different maize genotypes. Potassium-efficient maize inbred lines were featured by stable dry weight increase and capability of coordinating the growth and development.
