草地早熟禾褐斑病菌主要生物学特性与致病影响因素研究

Study on Biological Characteristics and Epidemic Law of Turfgrass Brown Patch Disease of Kentucky Bluegrass

分离鉴定结果表明:草地早熟禾褐斑病病原菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani),该菌生长的最适温度为30℃,最适pH值为7.5,修剪对病情指数没有明显影响。在30℃、相对湿度大于60%时,随着湿度的增加,病情指数明显升高,最高病情指数为80.90。

Rhizoctonia solani was the most important pathogen causing brown patch of turfgrass. The fungus developed best with the optimum at 30℃ and pH 7.5.shaving the lawn don＇t make much difference to disease index. When the temperature reaches 30℃ and the air relative humidity is greater than 60%, the disease index goes up with the increase of humidity. The highest disease index is 80.90.
