摘要
由于垄作免耕播种机播种是在原垄上进行工作,假如出现掉垄,犁刀切入土中使播种机很难回到垄上,横向运动稳定性对于垄作免耕播种机是十分重要的。应用第二类拉格朗日方程研究了2BG-2型免耕播种机工作的横向稳定性,并研制了圆锥台型的导向装置,行走在垄沟里,保持播种机走在垄上,防止从垄上滑下。试验表明加装新型导向机构的播种机工作稳定可靠。
Since ridge planting occurs on the old row, keeping the No-till planter on the ridge is important. If the No-till planter is off the ridge, coulters make it difficult to get the planter back on the ridge. The Lagrangian Equation was used to study on Crosswise Movement Stability of Type 2BG-2 No-till Planter in this paper, aimed to develop a planter stabilizing attachments which is tapered stabilizing wheels running in the furrow. The results from filed experiment showed that the new planter with stabilizing wheels worked efficiently.
