基于光学电负性二元玻璃折射率和密度的研究 被引量:1

Refractive Index and Density of Binary Glasses Based on the Optical Electronegativity

摘要 采用熔融法制备R2O3-B2O3(R=Bi,Sb)二元玻璃,测量二元玻璃的折射率、密度和禁带宽度,并利用二元玻璃禁带宽度Eg计算玻璃的光学电负性,再用光学电负性计算R2O3-B2O3(R=Bi,Sb)二元玻璃的2个重要参数:折射率和密度.实验结果表明,计算数值和实验数值非常接近,为R2O3-B2O3(R=Bi,Sb)二元玻璃的非线性光学材料的设计提供了一个很好的参数. The binary system R203-B203 (R = Bi, Sb) glasses were prepared by melt quenching method, and the refractive index, density and energy gap were measured. Optical electronegativity are calculated on the basis of band gap of binary oxide glasses. By using optical electronegativity, refractive index and density have been estimated for R2O3-B2O3 (R = Bi, Sb) and the results are in good agreement with experimental values. Our present conclusion would be useful for the design of the nonlinear optical materials.
