The conflicts between economic development, environment and resources have increasingly become prominent. Development and environmental protection, double knifes of the future society, should be balanced. It will be of significance for a sustainable development and relevant policies to involve the environmental pollution and limitations of resources in the inner growth model of economy and draw a conclusion by means of astrict mathematic model.
