新兴小城市的文化建设中存在的对待城市文化遗产的虚无主义、城市建设趋同化、地方文化意识淡漠等会导致城市建设缺乏地方特色。廊坊也不例外,而要解决这些问题,就要关怀市民、以人为本,开拓视野、横向交流,发掘特色、纵向继承,注重规划、确保实施。

The problems existing in the cultural construction of newly-built small cities include nihilism to cultural relics, rigid imitation, negligence of the local culture, etc., which will result in the lack of local uniqueness of the cities. So is Langfang. In order to solve these problems, civilians＇interests should be taken into consideration with a human-oriented outlook. Moreover, we should be open-minded enough to communicate with others while inheriting the tradition to develop a local color for the cultural construction based on a well-woven plan.
