重载、高精度的转盘式轴承设计探讨

本文以其课题中主天线座的轴承环设计为例、提出了一种新颖的结构形式，同时，针对此种重载、高精度的转盘式轴承环的设计要点作了一些详细的分析、论述，提出了一些新的观点。可以作为类似的高精度、重载伺服传动系统轴承设计的技术铺垫。

In this paper－the design of bearing rings within an antenna pedestal of an engineering project is given as an example to present a kind of new structure. Meantime.the analysisand discussion on the key point in designing this kind of turntable bearing rings with heavy loadand high precision are given in detail,and some new ideas are described. These new ideas can beused as technical backup for bearing design in similar servo mechanism with high precision andheavy load.
