技术贸易壁垒对我国纺织品服装出口影响研究

Impact of Technical Barriers to Trade on the export of China's textile products

纺织品产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,同时也是我国重要的出口创汇的产业。入世后,我国纺织品在获得更多的公平竞争机会的同时,贸易保护主义的抬头会促使许多发达国家建立一系列技术性贸易壁垒,利用其名义上合理、形式上合法、具有隐蔽性和灵活性的特点限制我国纺织品服装的出口。随着纺织品服装配额的取消,后配额时代的到来,技术性贸易壁垒已经成为我国纺织品服装出口贸易发展的主要障碍。

Textile products are pillar industry of China＇ s national economy and meanwhile are important products to export for foreign currency. After WTO entry, China textile products have more fair competitive opportunities, however, trade protectionism makes many countries establish a series of technical trade barriers, which are seemingly reasonable and legal but restrict the export of China＇ s textile products. With the abolition of quotas of textile and the arrival of the post-quota era, Technical Barriers to Trade （TBT） has become the first non-tariff barrier that impedes China＇ s textile products.
