摘要
通过研究我国上市公司的人力资源信息系统的运用对组织绩效的影响,得到的结论是HR IS使用满意度与组织绩效趋于一致,子系统使用满意度高低与财务构面的组织绩效高低无相关性;对于HR IS决策支持系统信息化的程度与组织绩效、子系统信息化的程度与非财务构面的组织绩效之间趋于一致,认为信息化的程度越高将使非财务构面的组织绩效越高。
This paper studies the use of China listed company' s human resource information system effect on organizational performance, we find that financial organizational performance is consistent with the satisfaction of HRIS, that subsystem using satisfactory degree is not correlated to organizational performance at financial level, that HRIS decision support information degree is consistent with organizational performance, subsystem information degree, non-financial level and that the higher of HRIS' using will make better non-financial organizational performance.
