摘要
在分析阿马蒂亚.森的贫困理论的基础上提出对于城市反贫困的几点思考:首先认识反贫困的本质,在此基础上构建系统性提高交换权利的框架图,并且从城市反贫困角色定位及职责层面、城市反贫困任务安排层面、城市反贫困能力层面等多个层面提出系统性反贫困的对策建议。
Based on Amartya Sen＇s poverty theory, the article proposes several thoughts on urban anti-poverty： Firstly, understanding the nature of Urban anti-poverty; Secondly, building a systematic framework to enhance the exchange entitlement; Thirdly, proposing some suggestions about the roles and its responsibilities, the task arrangements, and the capacity of anti-poverty.
