摘要
针对一些中小学美术教师存在勤奋缺失的现象,论述了如何明确目标,设定计划,持之以恒,使勤奋成为一种习惯、一种常态。
Aiming at the phenomenon that some teachers of fine arts lack diligence, the author expounds how to ascertain objectives, work out plans, persevere, form and keep the habit of being diligent.
