定－转子型乳化机的关键结构是一对精密配合的定子和转子，其结构形式多种多样。通过从理论上对各种定、转子结构分析研究，设计出一种较为理想的结构形式，并经实验证实。指出了各种结构的适用场合。

Having excellent performance, the emulsifying machine with a group of statorrotor matched precisely is being widely used. In this paper, various structures of statorrotor, the key part of the machine, are analysed theoretically and an ideal structure is proposed and verified experimentally. The applications of different structures are also indicated.
