摘要
探讨了制备工艺条件对炭膜支撑体孔结构性能的影响。研究表明:提高成型压力可使支撑体的平均孔径减小;提高炭化升温速率则使支撑体的平均孔径增大;随着炭化终温的升高,支撑体的平均孔径出现极大值。
? In the paper, the effect of preparatory technological condition on pore structure of supporter was investigated. The results indicated that the mean pore size of supporter was decreased with rise of moulding pressure and increased with the rise of raisig rate of carbonization temperature. The mean pore size of supporter has a maximum value with the rise of final temperature of carbonization. A proper preparatory technological condition must be choosed.
