摘要
通过对不同种类的煤制取炭膜支撑体效果、原料的颗粒度和粘结剂对支撑体孔结构性能影响的研究,探讨了用煤制取炭膜支撑体的可行性。研究表明:选择适宜的煤种完全可以制备出孔结构性能良好的炭膜支撑体;粘结剂不仅可以改善支撑体的强度,而且还可以起调孔和造孔的作用;选择不同的原料粒度可以制备出满足不同平均孔径的炭膜支撑体。
In the paper, the feasibility of the preparation of a tube carbon membrane supporter with coal precursor was studied by investigation of the preparatory results with different coal ranks and the effects of particle sizes and binder on pore structure of supporter. The results showed it is feasible that an carbon membrane supporter with good quality of pore structure was prepared by selecting a proper coal. The binder could not only improve the intensity of supporter but also regulate and make pore for supporter. The carbon membrane supporters with the different mean pores can be prepared by selecting different particle size.
