摘要
本文介绍桦甸油页岩热重分析的研究结果,采用全自动光电分析天平进行了桦甸油页岩的TG、DTG和DTA分析,研究结果表明,桦甸油页岩在350℃~550℃之间是挥发份的主要析出区间,在600℃~850℃区间是主要的放热反应区间。本文还简要讨论了油页岩和煤在燃烧方面的一些差异,就油页岩燃烧锅炉的设计提出了一些建议。
The paper presents the results of thermogravimetry of Huadian oil shale.The investigation has been conducted by non isothermal thermogravimetry(TG,DTG,TGA).The results shows that the main devolitalization zone located in the rang of 350 ℃~550 ℃,and the main exothermical zone located in the rang of 600 ℃~800 ℃.According to the results of the investigation,the paper discusses some combustion differences between oil shale and coal,at the same time,the paper presents some suggestions to design more efficiently oil shale fluidized bed boiler.
