改良高硫“奥里乳化油”为低硫乳化燃料油的研究

A Transition Method for Improving Orimulsion with High Sulphur Content to Emulsified Oil with Low Sulphur Content

本文论述了引进奥里乳化油的重要意义及其存在的优缺点。并提出了一种解决奥里油含硫量高造成环境的严重污染及缓解锅炉炉内结渣及腐蚀的过渡性方案，即研制了一种改良型奥里油，它的含硫量可降到≤１％，符合国家环保标准，无须脱硫装置，它是在当前我国经济条件下，充分发挥奥里油优势的一种切实可行的方案。

The importance,advantages and shortcoming of the orimulsion imported from Venezula are analyzed in the paper.A transition method for solving environment pollusion,slagging,and corrosion within boiler furnace caused by firing orimulsion are presented.That is called an improved orimulsion whose sulphur content is less than 1% and conforms the National Environment Standard,so the desulfurization equipment need not to be used.This method is realistic and feasible to use orimulsion at present national economy condition in China.
