摘要
为了克服珍稀濒危鸡种在分子生物学研究中存在的取样局限性,拓宽取样范围,对鸡的血液、精液、羽毛和死胎蛋的DNA提取进行了研究。结果表明不同取样部位所提DNA浓度均适合于生物学实验要求。该研究中有关方法的应用将为珍稀濒危鸡种的分子生物学研究提供更广阔的DNA来源。
This paper studies the extraction effects of DNA from whole blood, semen, feathers and death fetal eggs in rare and endangered chicken breeds, aiming at overcoming the limitation of DNA sampling and widening the sampling range in such breeds for molecular biological research. The results showed that concentration of the extracted DNA with different sampling methods was available for biological experiments. The application of relative methods will provide more DNA sample sources of samples for molecular biology research of rare and endangered chicken breeds.
