摘要
对吐鲁番地区某难选铅锌矿进行了系统的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。结果表明该矿石铅锌矿物相互交代、包裹,粒度较细,二者解离困难。试验确定宜采用优先选铅,锌粗精矿再磨的浮选工艺流程。在铅粗选磨矿细度-200目80%和锌粗选磨矿细度-325目90%的条件下,可获得Pb品位为40.22%,含Zn6.94%,回收率82.48%的铅精矿和Zn品位为50.17%,含Pb1.08%,回收率86.92%的锌精矿。
The ore is belongs to refractory lead--zinc ore. The results of the experiment manifest that we should adopt the flotation flowsheet of lead selective flotation and then regrinding rough concentrate of zinc. Under the condition of grinding fineness 80% passing 200 mesh of lead coarse grinding and 90% passing 325 mesh of zinc coarse grinding, the grade of lead concentrate is 40.22%, recovery is 82.48%; the grade of zinc concentrate is 50.17%, recovery is 86.92%.
