氧化铝包覆对TiO2颜料性能的影响及包覆过程机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对氧化铝包覆金红石型二氧化钛的实验研究,分析了温度、pH值、包覆量及陈化时间等条件对产品颜料性能的具体影响,并对影响颜料性能的主要因素及包覆过程机理进行了探讨.实验表明,温度对成核速率和生长速率具有影响;pH值决定了氧化铝的形态结构,pH=8-9时生成的勃姆石与假勃姆石型氧化铝有利于产品的分散;包覆量对提高白度和光泽度有所影响,包覆量高,光泽与白度增加;陈化时间的延长有利于膜层的充分生长,有助于改善颜料性能. Effect of temperature, pH value, coating quantity and aging time were studied on futile surlace coanng wlm alumina. The coating process and mechanism were also investigated. The results show that temperature can affect the nucleation and growth rate. The pattern of alumina was determined by pH value. When the reaction was conducted at pH=8~9, the alumina presents boehmite, which can improve the dispersity of the pigments. Lustrousness and whiteness were gotten better with increasing of coating quantity. In addition, aging time can help to the alumina film growth and show a good performance of pigment property.
